i am so wigged out right now. its 12:03 here, and i just had an OBE, or at least i think so.

i used a program called Bwgen. i got vibrations but i neglected them.
i imagined seeping all my bodys energy and focusing it all in my head. i saw an emensly bight light. my body felt very heavy but my mind felt light.
i did not float out, but when i opened my eyes i was standing beside my self. strangely i could see a gray/white rope, dont know what that means???

i did not know what to do from this point and forced myself to wake up physically.

can anyone help me... are there spicific ways to get around??? are there other people i can meet???? please shed some light onto this subject.

prior tt the experience i did not know about the cord or what ever.

but i had a scary experience today. had another obe, but as soon as i projected or what ever i was not in my room, i was in a long tube like object, there was a figuere standin at the end, probebly 20 meters away. the figuer wispered " you dont belong here ", but i heard it loud in my ears. scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. i forced my self to wake up. my neck and legs feel totally stiff and sore.

no one told me about this ♥♥♥♥. whats going on. please help......

I envy you ! I've tried the Brainwave Generator myself with no luck.

Anyone know what settings to use for the BW Gen? I use the deep meditation setting.

Congratulations! that is a wonderful experience.

I'm also glad you saw the silver cord in your first projection. May I ask if you were aware of what the silver cord was before your projection? If not I believe it is a relatively strong hint that you do not need to 'beleive' in the silver cord to see it!

hmm u definetly had an obe and the rope thing was the silver cord that connects the astral body 2 the physical
