Robert speaks often of his experiences of space travel. I am not sure though if it is in any of his books.

Next time I chat to him (it's not always possible to when he is travelling) I will ask if he has any current articles.

Have you done a search of the articles on his website?

It seems that you are just meant to do something else more promising with your life! I think about having OBE's all of the time though.

This is my current desktop wallpaper (albeit a much larger version):
It is funny because I thought first it was some kind of artistic drawing that you did because it seems that there is a man in the picture there doing some kind of space travel! Indeed, this is a really nice picture.

Take care,

This is where you can find a larger, high-resolution version of the Cat's Eye Nebula.

Taken from the site:

"The so-called Cat's Eye Nebula, formally catalogued NGC 6543 and seen here in this detailed view from the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope, is one of the most complex planetary nebulae ever seen in space. A planetary nebula forms when Sun-like stars gently eject their outer gaseous layers to form bright nebulae with amazing twisted shapes.

Hubble first revealed NGC 6543's surprisingly intricate structures including concentric gas shells, jets of high-speed gas and unusual shock-induced knots of gas in 1994. This new image, taken with Hubble's Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS), reveals the full beauty of a bull's-eye pattern of eleven or more concentric rings, or shells, around the Cat’s Eye. Each ‘ring’ is actually the edge of a spherical bubble seen projected onto the sky - which is why it appears bright along its outer edge."

Makes you want to start projecting, huh Donald?

Same here..I agree though. Some folks can't understand why on earth people would go through all the effort to reach a point where they regularly OBE, but that's most likely because they have a different specialization. I'm the same way with telekenesis...moving objects sounds cool, but not cool enough for me to put a whole lot of effort into learning it to the point where I have a practical use for it

Yes, I've gone through quite a bit of searching on the main site for articles dealing with and containing vivid descriptions of his experiences in space. To no avail.

In Astral Dynamics, he only touches on the subject over a few paragraphs (I'm fairly sure; I'm reading through it again, however).

I definitely look forward to hearing about them though. How about yourself, Mr. McGlinn? I've begun reading through some of your experiences on your site, perhaps I will stumble on something there.

Thanks for the reply.

This may surprise you, but I have never in my 40 years of spiritual journeys ever been interested in OBE, so you wont find anything on my website regarding OBE

That may or may not change in the future.

You don't need to be formal, I prefer Donald

With Much Love and Light,

That is a really amazing video. I can't believe there are so many different galaxies and other worlds in those pictures. Just thinking about all of the living things that may be on them. I can't believe how simple minded people on this earth are, thinking that we are the only living creatures in this universe.

Brilliant picture

I love it

You would think I would be rushing to OBE.......

But I just don't find any drive to go there. It's odd really. I have known Robert for over 20 years. We have had thousands of discussions about this and many other topics, but I have never felt a drawing to have an OBE. I had a half hearted attempt something like ten years ago, and that is it for my lifetime. And yet in my own spiritual work, I am driven.

Go figure.

I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to have a better view of that than the Hubble. It's one of the things that keeps me going.

I think that's starting to change quite a bit.
One can only hope so.

I've got this awesome poster of outer space in my bedroom. Next time I achieve an OBE, I plan on entering this poster and creating an exciting new world and creating plants and animals and other beings for inhabitants on this planet. I'm kind of excited, I dream of space a lot during my time.

Default Outer Space
Something that I feel is a topic that is frequently skimmed over and rarely elaborated on is "space travel," for lack of a more professional term.

Granted, I'm sure that traveling through outer space isn't quite as exciting as an astral plane, but to someone that has done neither, space definitely seems like it would be a fairly intense experience.

What are some of your experiences as far as space exploration goes? Is it as beautiful as images from the Hubble?

I'm not sure about any of you, but the idea of flying past a view like this gets me pretty excited:

It is funny because I thought first it was some kind of artistic drawing that you did because it seems that there is a man in the picture there doing some kind of space travel! Laughs.

I would have serious skill if that were the case. Like, pay the bills skill.

Where do you see the man?

I had a half hearted attempt something like ten years ago, and that is it for my lifetime. And yet in my own spiritual work, I am driven. That's all that matters, no doubt.

I'm the same way with telekenesis...moving objects sounds cool, but not cool enough for me to put a whole lot of effort into learning it to the point where I have a practical use for it I would love to master that. I've made the little pinwheel thing spin a little, but that's the extent of my TK skill and experience.

I can't believe how simple minded people on this earth are, thinking that we are the only living creatures in this universe. I think that's starting to change quite a bit.

Alex,

Very cool experiences.
