I am not getting this. Can anyone please explain this in a simple manner? Is it something like health care by Obama government ..!!???

Yeah.. Of-course..It is a very sensational issue few years before. As Obama government in USA penalize those people(mostly youngsters) and small business organization(who do not buy employees health insurance) and makes it compulsory rule for every citizen to buy health insurance.
