Some people do work only to earn money while some people do work to draw satisfaction and happiness. A recent survey has revealed out the most of the Americans are unhappy about their job. Are you satisfied with your job??

If the job satisfaction trend is not reverse it would affects America's competitiveness and productivity, undoubtedly in near future. Yeah I am satisfied with my job and feel very lucky.

Frankly I am not satisfied with my job, my workplace. I get bore from my job, I do not know why this is happening to me. I want my workplace to be flexible, innovative and modern.

That survey also said that the most satisfied were those ages 25 to 34, which may see some opportunities for upward mobility as baby boomers retire. Around 47 percent of workers 25 to 34 say they were happy in their jobs.
