Hey friends I would like to know your sincere opinion on this issue. What are your priorities more money or job satisfaction?? Can money be the biggest motivator at workplace for anybody???

I am a caregiver and I weigh job satisfaction more than money. It depends on person to person and their priorities and most importantly circumstances. If somebody is bearing the responsibility of family of 3-4 members then obviously money should be the priority. No doubt, when we receive good money for our work, we feel delighted and content.

Due to remarkable inflation in past few years, money is become the supreme power. To live a luxurious life, all we need is money. Yes I agree for me money is the biggest motivator. I am ready to do hard work as much required when someone offer me money according to me and found nothing wrong in this. Do you??

It is your opinion, and I cannot say anything as I am not aware of your circumstances. In a way, I can say that you drew satisfaction by earning money, which is good enough. As you know that what can satisfy your soul and mind. Such satisfaction is very much necessary in everyone's life.
