Hello friends, I am not able to wake up on time. I know it’s very funny and sound silly to ask but what should I do. However I have to ask because of I have to face many problems. Everybody said to me I am very careless and don’t know the value of time. Guys tell me what should I do to get rid of this problem.

@above you are right. This problem generally happens because of lack of sleep. Before going to bed drink a glass of water. Try this you notice the difference yourself. And eat less in evening. After taking your dinner walk for 5-10 minutes. After that you sleep very well for sure. Try this you feel difference very soon.
