Default Mistake in awareness while out
I'm a novice in astral projection, but I've had 5 effective OBEs in under per month. My recurrent difficulty is losing focus. I will consciously recall being around my bed with blurred vision, while out. Then I lapse in to an incogitable emptiness. A few images may be remembered by me after ward, but often I get into a dream. My 1st and 3rd efforts were very appealing. I went out; I considered my room from above; then as I went back once again to my human anatomy, I was conscious and opened my eyes. Any tips about beating this? My approach to projection: I go to sleep at 10PM and wake at 5AM. I get free from bed and execute some tasks: relieving myself in the toilet, eating an extremely little snack--usually several bananas, and then perhaps I watch TV. I actually do this for a hour to an hour, optimum. I get back in to bed and rest on my back (I'm a part person). I release all areas of my human anatomy and do a breathing process. I watch for hypnogogia in the future and roll around on my part, once my human anatomy seems remote and my head has cleared. Once in hypnogogia, I start to feel simple, but satisfying vibrations. At that time, the levitation method is used by me.
