I was only having a glance at the brand new version of Robert's book "astral dynamics" There is a half page that actually got my interest (285 )...that's where he discusses the 13.5 hours sidereal time.. I've only made a little research and it appears true that many research agencies on distant viewing or obe's have made a connection between success rate by having an test and that exact time. If some of you'd be thinking about testing this? I was just wondering? I've saved a time on web to "convert" the time...it's a freeware. Seemingly, I'll need certainly to try and escape at 6.47am tomorrow....I will certainly try!!
