If I come out of quick and straight forward out of my human anatomy while meditating through power rapidly I suppose that's astral predicting. Then if Im meditating and seem to find myself traveling about and be out how actually I suppose thats however astral projecting? Or did I simply drift off? If I find myself in exactly the same condition again while i was defenetely sleeping is that however astral projecting? And then last, if I'm still quite conscious and meditating of my human anatomy and where I'm in the physical but whilst the energy moves through me with it wether its only energy or a scenery then is the fact that still astral projecting the scenery goes? And then what's the goal of achieving this? Could it be only enertainment?
