Therefore I "woke up" only a little over last year and all of this information about how levitation, telepathy, frequencies and vibrations was saved into my being... i then began reading. I've a buddy who's also along the way and has spoken to me about some things, but i thought i'd ask everybody on the table for some help and some assistance with things. im 22, today i don't have employment, i've no insurance on my car, which doesn't really bother me a lot of since it gives time to me for other activities. i reflect about 2 hours or more each day. i experienced yoga about 8 weeks before and it's the best thing to do. Today, i frequently get muscle spasms. This is anytime from my legs, my feet, fingers, actually everywhere and they will last for some time. they dont injured, i only cope with them and really view them. is there are always a cause with this? I've in regards to a chance of remembering my dreams, when i sleep during the night, but in either case its like i never sleep. i awaken tired, tired, and often feel like resting again. i know i've 3 advanced level instructions. You have come through to me in a voice that was so effective that it left me speechless and at a lack of air the voice was so flourishing it was like zues talking through a megaphone. this was when i was just getting out of bed, i couldnt move... and i kept reading a shake before voice came through. I've also had desires where i was around creatures which were teaching me ascension and transcendental ideas, one where i actually seen my body become light and all of the atoms of my body lit up. Can there be such matter as meditating to much? what actually happens whenever you increase your vibration, and keep increasing? What'll happen? i study a lot, allot about that, have discovered some points, but i thought i'd ask you good people around the boards for the suggestions and feedback. Such a thing could be useful. There's a lot of a few ideas and views on it it often will get quite complicated. with eternal love and light, -john
