One of the best shows on tv. I'm watching season five now. Wait until you get to season 4 VoF. The final episode is going to blow you away! Breaking Bad and Dexter are my two top favorites.

This is one of only a few series that are worth my time to follow, and agree with bairdi that this is one of if not the best show presently on TV. Even though it is not based on true events, the story is so well written it could quite easily parallel real events. You don't torrent Bosco?

Yup... The show's writers must have done their homework and had excellent reference material, as many of the stunts that Walt pulled off are very realistic.

My buddy tried to get me to watch that show for a long time but I don't really watch much TV so I wasnt interested.

Finally got netflix and gave it a shot.

I burned through all 3 seasons in about a week and then found some pirate site to watch season 4.

*ya the last episode of season 4 is insane. My favorite episode was the season 3 finale. The ending messes with your head because you're literally routing for the bad guys.

Same deal, I'm near the end of the 3rd season though - the last series I watched (via Netflix) was Sons of Anarchy - which started out alright then evened off then just got stupid, I quit watching it after the second episode of the 4th season.

Breaking Bad just gets better and better - one of my favorite episodes was the one dedicated to killing a fly.

One of my top 5 all-time favorite shows for sure. Watched every episode on AMC as they aired and re-watched all 3 seasons on netflix. Need to do season 4 again now that they finally added it.

I did go back and re-watch the Tortuga episode (the one where the cartel snitch gets his head chopped off by Tuco's cousins and then they strap the head on a turtle chock filled with explosives) because I'd thought I missed something that related to a later episode and didn't mind it, usually I can't watch something twice but the show is just that good. I might consider doing the same thing when I get through the fourth season - that is go back through 'em now that I know more about what's going on then maybe find a torrent for the fifth season's episodes.

edit: I watched all of season 4 from that site. I never got any virus alerts or anything so it seems safe.

Right before season five started, AMC aired all four seasons over the course of a week or two, usually between 2am and 5am est. I recorded and watched it all over again. It is really amazing how much I missed first time around and how much of what happened in earlier episodes is tied into later episodes.

This is going to be the last season but they are going to spread it out over 2012 and 2013. I will hate to see it go.

I'm gonna have to go back and do the same.

What's the deal with Gus? Who was he in Chili? I'm only asking because the Cartel guys whack him when they'd whacked his buddy near the pool...

HOLY SHIT! Finished the 4th season, who knew that Walter White would turn into a bad ass - especially the couple of episodes leading up to the last he was starting to look more like a conspiracy feign with a pussy complex...

And Gus coming out of the nursing home room with half his head blown off, skull eye sockets and all...fixing his tie...awesome.

Any of you watch any of the 5th season episodes? Are they still good after all that shit came to a head?

Yes. Season 5 picks up right where 4 ended, with Walter on the phone with his wife. He is being sucked up by the dark side and beginning to believe he is infallible. Not only is he a bad ass, he is a calculating bad ass. Power is seriously going to his head.

I wondered the same thing. They haven't explained it yet, but I am sure it will play again into the story.
