In the land of Cotton everyone knows to wear shoes when a tornado is bearing down on you...you never know when you might be one of those goofy saps they interview after a tornado standing on a pile of rubble..."it sounded like a freight train I tell ya' and we was all lookin' out yonder and wham"....

its fairly common from now until the end of summer. Especially in the spring. today has been very warm and humid. you could feel this storm coming since early this morning. I got in my car earlier and the humidity was so thick my steering wheel was wet...my pulse is skyrocketing from the lightning. its scary but its not scary if that makes any sense. |
