Default stephen colbert the entertainer???
Anyone find this fool funny??

I first saw him a year or so & I thought it was funny........ Not enough to watch it but good for a chuckle............

But he still is riding this one trick pony years later (don't know how long he has been on the air).............

Is he like Stewart's little brother that he needs to keeping pimping during his show to get him some ratings??

His humor is one dementia'ntional & essentially flat=predictable & boring as hell...

That he has been able to play this out for so long is amazing...........

Admittedly I do not watch the show & wonder why anyone would......

I think he's really funny.

But -different strokes.

People think Adam Sandler and Eddie Murphy are funny - and they bore me to tears.

You might want to add "award-winning" to "Colbert Report". I'm a regular.
I could do that.......... So now that you are regular what do you mean by that??

It's spot on with the political points. I don't like it when he goes celeb-tabloid, but spots like "better know a district", "The Word", and politician interviews do make solid points.
I have not issue w/ his points, it is comedy or whatever it is he is selling..... As I said, I find it repetitive & boring........ Granted it was funny a time or two, novel perhaps, I can not see a couple years of it........... I guess I am boring...

Im not a regular viewer mainly because I dont have the time. But I do love how he mocks the talk show types and the people that buy into it. It just all around funny stuff.

Since the only US news we get down here is CNN and Fox on cable which are both unwatchable and I think I've seen abc occasionally on free to air, means most of what I see I get from Stewart and Colbert, and I prefer Stewart who I think is just terrific, but Colbert certainly has his moments

Actually I'd like to know what's in Stewarts Earth book that had Tony Blair chuckling away.

I used to be a big fan. Never missed a show. I even bought a "wrist strong" bracelet.

After Obama was elected, Stephen got SO obviously partisan, it lost it's appeal. Too bad.

Clara, I'm sure you remember such gems as "Monkey on the Lamb". Howling funny.

I miss those days.
