Out of interest, do you even remotely believe there's a chance that the abuse wasn't racial in nature?
The player hasn't come out to say he was, until then I will take anything the media says at face value

Wow, you must really not look after your clothes, did you go to the lost property area?

Paul Scholes is back in the squad drool (1).gif

Our team

Lindegaard
Smalling Jones Ferdinand Evra
Valencia Carrick Giggs Nani
Welbeck Rooney

Least we can field 4 defenders today. The bench

De Gea, Rafael, Evans, Anderson, Park, Chicharito, Scholes.

The Massives

Pantilimon,
Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Kolarov,
A. Johnson, de Jong, Milner,
Silva, Nasri,
Aguero

Toure's in Africa, no Yaya weakens them. I'm surprised he's not playing Hart. The front 3 is dangerous. Must have been some new years eve party of the Ballotelli household. He hasn't played since. Their midfield looks weaker if not necessarily being weak.

Yes that's what the story is, but if you saw him on New Year's day, man that's what you call hungover.

I would explode if it's 0-0 in the 90th minute and Paul Scholes heads in the winner.

This has lifted the team, no question. I'll see how it goes in the coming weeks.

Disgusting red card, two footed yes, but he went for the ball, the player never even got injured or rolling on the floor as they usually do

I'm just glad you don't gamble.

Wasn't a red card, at most a yellow but you have to ask why he's going in two footed. no need.

Great performance from us, been all over them, Rooney's been on fire.

That was a lot more nervous than it needed to be. Still won though, that's what counts.

Chris Foy should be sacked as a referee, he has sent off more players this season than is absolutely necessary

I agree that Kompany shouldn't of gone in two footed, but not even Nani appealed for that as a free kick, only Shrek did, but there you go. It should be the player who is fouled that complains to the referee, unless the player is seriously injured not for the likes of Shrek

Every club does that, don't even try and single out Rooney.

Foy though could be up for a review, I can't remember off hand how many reds he's given this season but it's a lot. The Kaboul one at Spurs against Stoke I remember being particularly harsh, though that was a second yellow still harsh though.

Tie of the round, no coincidence a scouser pulled out Liverpool at home. Evra might not play as he'll be racially abused.
