Should women's hockey be in the Olympics?
 

This coming after Rene Fassel says it needs to get more competitive or they'll be out but he wants to give them more time to develop.

So should women's hockey be in the Olympics?

woman hockey players are not the most attractive folks by & large. Plus, is an 19-0 game really that fun to watch?

So attractiveness is a mitigating factor in wether or not Women's Olympic Hockey makes sense to some ppl?

till other countries can get more competitive I say they should drop it.

Canada and the US are WAYYYYYYY better than the others....not even close.

Isn't that why the Summer Olympics dropped softball? Although US didn't win this last time.

While I'm not a fan of looking at ugly ppl, that's just not fair.

If the sport isn't competitive, it should at least be easy on the eyes.

Now, if the uglies provide entertainment with the product on the field, its all good. Two pronged test. 1. entertaining games, 2. attractiveness

Also baffles me why the WNBA exists as it largely fails both tests.

Womens golf, however, while not entertaining passes the second test with flying colors.

All womans sports should be taken away except figure skating.

I just said that to stir the pot. Check my vote. Do I find womens sports entertaining? No but if they keep at it maybe someday it will be worth watching.

I thought the hockey game between USA vs Canada was not bad viewing. Just need some more teams to compete.
