This may sound like a silly question, but I would like to hear from some people 'In the Know', APBT breeders or someone who is knowledgeable about the breeds history and or genetics.
It was recently said to me that a pure bred APBT will always have 'some' white, on one, or all of their feet. Even if it is just the smallest amount on the toes. Is this true? |

Amazing how quickly a story like the 'must have white' gets around. Nope. Nothing to it. Supposed to be a problem when I break a mirror also... |

It sounds like a wives tale, but when I thought about it just now, almost all the dog's I have come across in peds alone (100+ dogs) do seem to carry some white, even if it is a splash, slash, or spot. Usually, the dog would carry white on their paws, face, nose bridge, or chest, if the rest of the fur color was of a solid coloring typically.
