My cat gets her way on nearly all of these points. However, the vacuum does get run. She hates it and hides under the bed until I'm done. She's extremely pampered. While she rarely gets people food, she knows what she likes when she does. Today we made a pot roast. She visited the kitchen all afternoon checking on our progress with dinner. She also demands to be served first. If you don't, you won't be able to enjoy your supper in peace. Her bowl is set on the carpet beside the dinner table and she eats with the family.

hahaha, that is a great blog post. Our cats are like the majority of those points.
Especially this one: 8. Do NOT EVER close the doors to the bedroom or bathroom. Cats need to range freely in the house. If you’re in there, I need to be able to see what you’re doing. If I’m in there with you, I might have to check on the rest of the family or my food dish, or my litter box. In fact, don’t close any doors. I like to check the closets for soft places to sleep, and I need to get in and out whenever I want. They hate it when the doors are closed, as soon as it's open again they're either shooting outta the room or into it. |
