Default My mother's new kittens
I love getting to look at pictures of other people's cats. So, I thought that someone might be interested in seeing a few pictures. The story behind these kittens... They actually crawled in my mother's house through the vent outside and crawled up the dryer vent/hose into the dryer. My mother found them by turning the dryer on. She heard screaming and thumping in the dryer. She turned it off (scared to death) and found two little kittens in the dryer. She has fallen in love with them since and has decided to keep them. She even named them after dryer sheets. Bounce and Snuggle, haha.

They are both girls. Snuggle is a little bigger than Bounce. The funniest part is they kind of adapted personalities to their name. Snuggle is very sweet. She'll curl up on you and go to sleep anytime you hold her. The other one wants to jump, play, fight and bounce around all the time. Haha.

They're adorable and it's a really good story for her to share when she visits the vet! I had a tom cat once that I named Marco Polo because he was always exploring where he shouldn't and getting into trouble. Mom had a chest freezer in the garage and went to get some meat to thaw for dinner. When she started to unwrap it, she realized it wasn't the cut she was looking for and went to exchange it. It was a good thing she did, because Marco was in the freezer. Another time he climbed on the roof of the house and was afraid to jump off (split level). We had a sun deck on the back of the upper level and thought we could coax him to walk down a board. No dice. Now this is where I REALLY wish we'd had a camera to film what happened. We got a sheet and held it like a fireman jump net (or whatever it's called). That darn cat jumped onto the sheet!

If only we'd had a camera!
