I'm sorry Moe it came down to this....I'm sorry I have to re-home you. I love you more then words can say, I truly do miss you. But the situation we were in has changed. I'm sorry mom left you behind when she left Florida to clear her head taking my sister with her. I'm sorry your world is changing so much, I'm sorry I can't take you back. You deserve better.....Me-maw said she'd try and keep you knowing how much she loves you and wants to do right by you, but if the right home comes along.....you'll be living a better life then I could have ever given you. I miss you all day everyday and I love you and you goofiness. I wish all these things never happened, I wish we could go back and be a family again. I wish I had my crew back together you, Wrigley, and Beau...I thought having to re-home Wrigley ripped my heart out and nearly destroyed me....but having to know I'm going to have to find you a better home then my mom and away from my family and give up my little buddy of 8 years, it's killing me. I am so so so sorry, I have a dream about rehoming Leon and how a couple days later I changed my mind and stole him back, I woke up searching for him and forgot he was at the dog sitters and I freaked right out when I couldn't find him. I can't imagine having to really do it... sending good vibes/thoughts/prayers your way for you and the li'l guy that you'll be at peace with his new home. I hope they will give you updates if you want them.

So sorry you are being put in this situation. It's not your fault, sounds like your mom just walked away from him, not you. You were left to make the tough decisions and be the "grown up" in this situation.

See the thing is I haven't seen Moe in over a year, he lived with my mom after my family split up and we had to re-home our Westie. I NEVER thought in a million years my mom would up and abandon Moe with my grandmother....so now I'm struggling with forgiving her for doing this to my little dog whose world was turned upside down when he not only lost me but he lost his best friends Beau and Wrigley.

No there isn't. He's a special needs dog and Beau is starting to get up there in age. Plus Moe is an indoor dog and would die if had to live outside with Beau
