This has been on going for the past few weeks, getting worse as the weeks go on. My daughter Taylor is not allergic to Kuruk's, Gus', or any other dog she is around, only Sadie. If Sadie drools on her or licks her she gets hives within one second. Her skin gets red and inflamed. She also is getting itchy eyes and runny stuffy nose. I have bathed Sadie. It seems to be just her saliva. We are trying to teach her not to lick Taylor, but Sadie is one lovey, kissing dog. Taylor takes allergy meds (zyrtec/ claritin) daily, but it isn't helping.
Any suggestions?
