you could just axe the garage, park on the driveway, and put yer boat in storage if yer that desperate.

Since our dogs got evicted 60 days ago we got approved for a home loan within 2 weeks however there is a major lack of inventory in the county and alot of cash investors that don't give the first time buyers a chance. We are making offers on homes without even looking at them in person and there are already 20-30+ offers in place the highest cash offer always trumps all others. Its like winning the lotto if you get a chance.

At a minimum I was thinking we could park the boat in the garage, trailer & rig in driveway & daily driver cars on street the only secure storage solution for my boat is like $250 per month, I got too much invested to leave it outside to rot in the elements or critters to nest inside, again.

You can't always get exactly what you want. Buy a place without a garage, and get those easy up car ports to store your vehicles/boat in. If you go out there and clean it/check on it even once a week, critters won't get in it.
