Here's a picture of a AB + Boxer with the same coloring. Muzzle looks identical but skull shape is quite different. Much more crowned and narrow.

here's another with a more similar bone structure.

American Bandogge Mastiff (Ab + Mastiff)

I think this is quite likely. If you look beyond the colouring of the dog, the build is reminiscent of a boxer... but I can also definitely see the possibility of AB.
I agree.

Exactly! Which is why it's all just a guessing game Mixing two breeds is not like mixing two buckets of paint - Even in a single litter, the dogs can appear vastly different!

It's funny to me.. I agree with everyone else, you can never know for sure! LOL My first pure bred APBT people CONSTANTLY thought he was a BoxerX.. I personally think it was due to his markings and color LOL I always got a kick outta it cause I would just nod and people would love him.. but if I corrected and said he was APBT, people would freak and not want to touch my mean unpredictable APBT LOL
I'm not really sure how you got boxer out of this.. but I suppose

Yes, that's what I always suspected too, that and his classic boxer colors! and he had a much deeper stop and shorter muzzle than most average pits too!

Well their usually saying that as an immediate reaction. Most people haven't studyed particular breed mixes (or her) closely.

I've seen some American Bulldogs and AB mixes that look a lot like her. Could be some AB in there somewhere. She's a nice sturdy looking girl!

Since you don't know what she is just say as much and let people have fun trying to guess.

---------- Post added at 09:01 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:59 AM ----------

Let's see.... possible breeds in her...
Mastiff (because she's so large and sturdy looking)
Boxer (the brindle and white markings as well as some of her shape)
American Bulldog (same reasons as above)
Pit Bull (because it's possible, lol)

The one there on the left in your avatar reminds me alot of her.
The brindle and white smooshy face on the top? That's Ike. He's an American Bulldog. The black and white on the bottom left is Rita, a Pit Bull. The smaller brindle and white is Renee, also a Pit. The goofy hound is Owen. He's a Basset.

I don't see the boxer in her either other than the coloring. I would just call her a pit mix.

Default help with breed
I know it's impossible to say for sure but I would like an educated guess from those familiar with the breed. I literally get at least 5 people a day at the park insist I have an over weight boxer. Literally it's every single person I talk to with her says that. What should I tell anyone who asks what breed she is?

She does resemble snow. She has AB in her. The skulls and body build are simular. Though snows muzzle is a tad longer and she only weighs 45 pounds conditioned. But I def see the boxer too.

I be on the phone.

I'd say AB mix as well.

I personally see way too much dog to see Boxer! More towards the back end, Boxers usually have quite the definitive tuck. Maybe he's an AB x Boxer!
