Hey everyone. Piper's wounds are all healed up and she still her old self. She not afraid of any dogs or trying to kill any. I'm so happy about that too. I did half to take her to the vet today because for almost 3 hours early this morning she was throwing up alot and The first time she did it I thought well maybe it was just a upset stomach. She also was acting like her normal self too.
Well I didn't think anything about it until she kept throwing up over and over for almost an hour and the reason I didn't take her any time soon was because the vet was not open yet so I had to wait. Well after she threw up for the 8th time I just called the vet and told them what was going on and she told me to bring her in and that it couldn't have been parvo because she had already had it and she was given her shot. Long story short she has a GI tract infection and they told me they wanted to keep her for a few hours to make sure she will be able to keep the meds down and she did. So we went to get her and they told me not to let her eat anything until tomorrow afternoon and I felt bad about that because she had not had anything to eat all day because I didn't want to end up throwing that up too. I have her meds and she has not threw up since this morning. |
