I put my name, address, email addy and 2 phone numbers. It works too. Jack got out one time right after we got him and we didn't realize it. Not even sure how he got out. But it was storming bad, the roads were underwater. He went to a neighbors house and ask in! They kept him until the storm was over and then called and we went and got him.

Although in my case mostly, my neighobors try to stick every loose dog in the neighborhood in my yard! I just can't imagine why!

This is why I don't put my address. I'm too paranoid! Also, people tend to read tags when I have the dogs out for a walk, and there's been several times I've had unsavory people try to follow me home... so nope, no address for me! My phone number and their name I'm not worried about... a lot of people won't put their dog's name because they think their dog will be easier stolen or kept if found, if someone knows their name? Ha! My dogs love everyone regardless of what you call them LOL
