Give him treats to try coax him into walking while you have a hold of the leash.

Like Barbara said - use treats to coax him.

He needs to have three of the puppy vaccines and be several weeks after the third before he should walk outside. The shots are given 21-28 days apart.

I got him his first round of shots the parvo distemperment etc....i tried treats he dont budge lol.

Then maybe a toy? Or maybe pieces of hot dog. When Chevelle was a puppy, she wasn't treat motivated at all, but it just boiled down to the fact that I fed her too much so she had no food drive.

get REALLY excited, get on the floor and open your arms really wide, have a nice treat for the pup and praise big time, I have had off leash pups come to me this way so I could get them out of the street (minus the treat) when there owner opened a door and a pup ran out, it really does work with dogs that are used to human contact http://www.pitbull-chat.com/images/smilies/biggrin.png

Then he needs two more, 21-28 days apart, and then a two week wait after the third before he's safe to walk outside.

Like Barbara said - if the pup is full, he won't respond to treats... so try it when he's hungry! Though personally, I just throw a leash on pups and set out and eventually they follow lol

Not sure if you got back to read the advice given in the other thread about this but there was some good stuff in that thread. I think you posted it in the puppy section titled leash....
