Default Oh my god I have fallen in love
Attention All Big Dog Lovers: KANO needs a home

If I didn't live in such a small house, and if I didn't want a well bred dog next...I would be knocking on this persons door (wherever they are) and steal him

I love him =(

and if I didn't have all three of the things it says I CANT have lol

Nice looking dog. However not to be an antagonist here but I would be concerned taking in a dog that was almost put down and cannot be around KIDs, dogs, and cats. Might be a reason why he was being put down. The cat and dog thing, is understandable. But I worry about the fact he can't be around kids. I'd be curious to know the reason he was going to be put down and what his interactions with children/people in general have been so far. I mean there will come a time in his life where he is going to come in contact with a child, its unavoidable.

Pretty dog though

A lot of rescues will say no young kids just because the dog is super hyper and they dont want kids getting hurt from being knocked over etc.

Yeah I know what you mean but as Ali said, a lot of rescues will say no kids due to energy level etc. funny my boyfriend was like..."well...we have room for him.." lol i had to be the bad guy of course because right now we REALLY dont and we have dogs and cats already lol (and the baby) i vow my next pup will be from a reputable breeder within the next two years

That is true as well. I didn't even think about that, sorry brain wasn't totally working yet when I posted. I know one of the shelters we are involved with won't adopt any small breeds out to homes with small children, I guess the same could go for bigger dogs too.

Hey even though you say this dog is not the dog (obviously with not being able to be with other dogs and cats) as far as not getting a rescue, I keep saying my next puppy will come from a reputable breeder, but you never know what life throws at you. I very well could end up with another shelter dog before I end up with my purebred from a reputable breeder. That's not in the plans but you never know. The dog almost always picks you it seems
