My puppy, Frankie just had something very similar to that. Not as many tho. I had seen them, then had the vet look at them when I took her in for shots. He said to wash her belly with a batadine wash and keep an eye on them. About a week later a couple of them burst, I took her back to the vet and she got put on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Within a week her belly was totally cleared up. It's been a week since she's been off the antibiotics now and they haven't come back.

Ehhh those don't look good at all. Not at all like normal hives or pimples that dogs get when they have an allergic reaction.. Keep us updated on what the vet says!

ouch they look painful, has he been rolling around in any ivy, nettles things with pesticides, poison etc?
allergic reactions aren't that bad - yep vet asap

in the meantime i would use camomile to help sooth the pain.

good luck xx

I was thinking that it could be ant bites I did find a small ant hill in the back yard that he may have laid in.

I was getting ready to post about this, it turns out it was fire ants, he laid in a pile, all bumps went away overnight, and he is good to go.
