Message from the Almost Home Animal Shelter in Pennsauken.

On Monday night the shelter got a call saying a man was dumping something on the riverbank of Cooper River and they were alive. Animal control came out, the jerky guy was gone and the things in the box turned out to be many, many guinea pigs. They were able to capture 49 of them. There are all different sizes, big, medium and very small. All short hair and all different colors. I am fostering a pregnant one who is bursting at the seams.

So.... if aninterested or know of anyone who would like a pet, Please call the Almost Home Animal Shelter at 856-663-3058. They are asking a minimal donation ($10 I think) for the shelter.
