Default Question 2
Now, is this dog APBT or Ambully?

The argument is getting heated; he now believes my dog is neither Ambully nor APBT, that this dog is Ambully x American Bulldog.
What's your opinion on it??

It is crossed alright. Can't tell for sure with what without knowing its parents. But it definitely isn't an APBT. You can call it an AmBully, those guys don't have any standards.

Not mixed, purebreed Ambully, I've seen both parents, and papers; and he is still a growing boy, only 6 months 18" tall and 50lbs.

This was an unbiased question is why I didn't state that fact earlier

To the OP I thought you said your dogs were papered Razors Edge? That would make them AmBully.

And yea, ALL AmBully's are crossed.. with what.. well that depends on the breeder..

to joeplopez your dogs look like regular run of the mill backyard "pitbulls" to me.. without papers no one will know for sure though..

The male looks Ambully to me, do you have another bigger picture of him?
If that is the father to your dog then she's got Ambully in her for sure

I posted this because I was discussing Ambullies and APBT with a friend, and I wanted to show them what other pitbull owners had to say about his dog and mine in comparison. Both of ours are RE dogs, but he believed that his was a APBT not an Ambully.
I had to make it as unbiased as possible was all

Joe I would say that the male looks like and AmBully, and your female, it would be easier to guess with a profile pic. If you have pedigrees on them, or if you know their bloodlines, that will tell a lot as well. BTW I do really like your female she is very cute.

White dog looks like a "Pet Bull" to me. So does OP's. Not necessarily an American Bully but not a true APBT either. Kind of like a lot of so-called Labs you see, lmao, they're hardly real Labradors anymore, just pets. The male you posted looks like an American Bully.

OOOH okay, well if parents have paperwork, and your getting the papers on your pups stating that they are in fact Razors Edge, then thats what they are, and Razors Edge is an American Bully bloodline, NOT and American Pit Bull Terrier.

To me they look the part of an American Bully pup, youll be able to see it even more once they start to mature and fill out. But their body shape and weight is nothing like a true APBT.

He wasnt saying your dog looked like a lab lol he was saying it in reference to the lab mixes or pet labs how they look compared to a REAL working lab..
Right Cliff? lol

She looks like a nice dog, a "pet" bull.. not a full blood American Pit Bull Terrier, but a regular old "pitbull" typed dog.

If you want pictures to show up bigger, right click on it, and copy the url then pot is in between this [IMG] [/IMG]
that should make it show up as a BIG picture

For the dog in the Original Post looks like an Ambully mix.

Joe - I would say your dog Jane is maybe APBT mix and your male is definately an Ambully. Off-topic but are Jane's ears cropped or just held back?
