Just Curious

Well, on a dating site...OK...after you have finished laughing...lol

Anyway...this guy writes me the below, after he tells me to be careful of my dog.....

"I have known many pits and lived with one that I helped raise and was the best of pups and he is the 4th pit I have known male and female that had to be put down for attacking his owner!"

I copied that straight from the post...well...I said normal things back,..

Aceroassert 08-05-2011 03:33 AM

That reminds me of another member on here who went though something somewhat similar with a guy over pit bulls. Some people... lol

Giselle 08-05-2011 03:38 AM

Yeah...I was wondering if he might be on here and just goshing me...lol... You know people...gotta say stuff!!! I mean...geez...you know that many dogs that hurt people?...of any kind...stay away from the weirdo breeder, genetic scientist...looll...lol..must be creating the atomic dog...lol...

Prealiitellg 08-05-2011 04:35 AM

I would just thank him for his concern and move on.

http://www.pitbull-chat.com/images/smilies/lol.gif Wow!

_tppga_ 08-05-2011 05:08 AM

Yea, he said his kids would play with his staff and when his eyes got bloodshot the kids would get scared and run lol and then the dog would try and "attack"

I tried to explain, dogs get excited, Bear gets "pink" when he hears kids and its just him getting excited lol and if a kid takes off running near a large dog its going to chase, its called "prey drive" lol

WOW!!!! sooo agree!!!

I don't know what I would say if someone asked me if my dog ate babies...lol

But, I have had two encounters at the park, where the people were nice and their kids petted Daisy, and dad gum if the parent didn't tell the kid that she would eat them!!! I know just kidding...but, why would you tell your kid that!!!

People!!!! LMAO!!!

LMFAO.

Dylan's eyes get blood shot when he's excited. The vet said it's just the increase of blood flow from all of the excitement.

Also, you should correct them for misspelling "their".

People are stupid..................

_tppga_ 09-04-2011 11:45 PM

Yep, Bear gets very pink because its his blood pressure going up from being excited and happy lol

I just dont get people, I saw some cool thing on the public channel last night talking about pitbulls, I want to re watch it and see if its good or not lol sorry random though

I totally have never noticed Daisy's white in her eyes!! They are all green and pupils..lol..now she gets a look, like really wild when she gets excited...I think it's funny, but I am sure people that don't know her might be a little scared...lol

Pookie, was it late at night and you don't remember the show...lol.. Just funny, I have done that before too...!!! http://www.pitbull-chat.com/images/smilies/smile.png

_tppga_ 09-05-2011 01:52 AM

Next time your dog gets the "look" take off running, its for your own safety!! LOL

Yea I think it was at night, or this morning at like 6 lol not sure... maybe they will replay it http://www.pitbull-chat.com/images/smilies/tongue.png

I had an "aggression" incident at 7:32am this morning. Sandi had a really bad dose of the zoomies & leapt onto & over the bed 3 times, painful & startling for me so I hid under the covers until she went away.
When I felt safe I got up & had a stretch & butt scratch. Next thing I know, mid scratch, the dog rockets out from under the bed & starts nibbling my heels which are very sensitive to nibbling. To say I was suprised & frightened by this vicious & unprovoked behaviour on a Sunday morning would be an understatement.
Not only do they "turn" but they are sneaky too. Be warnedhttp://www.pitbull-chat.com/images/smilies/wink.pnghttp://www.pitbull-chat.com/images/smilies/sonn_u11.gif
