Philly animal lovers, I've posted my foster cat on just about every website I can - so here it goes...

"Roxy" was found limping on the streets in November due to a broken hip. She was clearly someone's pet once, because she was already spayed. Attempts to contact her possible owner were left unanswered, so Roxy found herself in the back room of the shelter - in a cage and unable to move her back legs well.

After weeks of cage rest in her foster home, "Roxy" is all healed and ready to go (for only a $30 adoption fee)! She enjoys chasing her tail, climbing up ladders, burrowing under covers, and basking on her back in the sun.

But most of all, she enjoys being around YOU. She wants to curl up on you, next to you or near you - wherever you will allow her to get comfy. She's not starved for attention, but she just likes to be in the same room with you. She asks for the occasional ear or chin scratch, but is generally an independent, little girl.

She is a little possessive of her current human and doesn't like sharing with the resident cat - so she may do best as the only cat with an owner who understands cats a little. BUT if you want to be doted upon, loved, nuzzled, and followed around, she's your girl.

"Roxy" is Felv/FIV negative, vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is only $30!
