Default Conformation Flaws
I'm trying to get a better understanding of conformation just because I find it interesting and I would like to be able to appreciate a great dog when I see one. J

I've been TRYING to stack Sweetie. Below is my ATTEMPT from last night. I wish her head was forward but at least I managed to get her hocks perpendicular.

I have to laugh at myself...until I started trying to understand confirmation I THOUGHT hocks were their thigh/butt muscles! So, at least I've learned that much!

Ok, so using Sweetie as an example…she’s just a mutt and I do realize her docked tail is a disqualification but what about her tail set? Angulation? Stifle? We both have thick skin so point out what you see.
