the neighbors at my moms have 3 large dogs that bark NONSTOP when they are outside, they are practicly right next to my moms bedroom window and they like to let them out starting at about 6 am... well when they put them out they are on chains, not that i have a problem with that, but thats all the exercise the dogs get, the short amount of time the dogs go out during the day... before the one dog died it could get into moms yard and once tried to attack my little cousin!! but heres the kicker, they want to bitch at me because every once in a while my dog will bark! (which is only if a stranger comes into the yard!) they also say the cats are antogonizing there dogs, wtf, the cats dont even go on that side of the house! and even worse their dogs are pretty mean from the lack of socialization they get! there for a while mom n dad think they were lettin my dog off the chain at night, because his collar would be unhooked even when dad had it to were he knew for sure Ace couldnt get out unless someone physically unclipped it themselves! n then call ME who lives 15 mins away to tell me they had my dog locked on there porch because he got loose... seriously, walk 10 ft to my moms front door, or even the 20 feet n rehook him up!!! im sure i could go on and on and on... but i feel better, for now
