UPDAAAAAATE!

I got pictures!

I went back to Tiffany's today and he missed me, again! What would give me that idea?? Oh, no reason, except I nearly got knocked over by him jumping on my and trying to lick my face off.

Holy crap, guys, his demeanor has changed sooooo much. He used to be scared and nervous and jumpy. Now he's happy and lovey and jumpy in the sense of jumping ON people! I love the hell out of him. Except that damn name.. Anyhoo, here he is! In the last pic, excuse my unattractive self.

He looks very happy!

From those photos he looks like a Lab, maybe that's what else is in him.

Tiffany named him "Enygma". I absolutely HAAAAATE it. I'm leaning toward Angelo or Vanechka. (Italian and Russian, respectively. My heritage ^_^)

Enygma?
That's.... excentric?

I like Vanechka, I'd call him Echka for short.

Looks to be either a lab/hound mix or a lab/border collie mix. Maybe a mix of the 3.

There is no "pit bull" in that dog

Cute Dog

Default Rescued a Cutie!
So my best friend Tiffany lives out in the sticks, and people are always dumping dogs and cats out there. She was on a walk and found this cutie pie. He had no collar or tag. He has a slight little wound on one of his front legs. She put some antibiotic cream on it and wrapped it up with vet wrap. She's decided to call him Enigma. We're putting up "Found Dog" posters near her house, and more towards the farming district of my town.
We're taking him to my vet's on Monday to see if he's been microchipped.
If all else fails, we'll have a new cutie-pie.
I think he's a Border Collie mix. He's bigger and not quite as flufffy as BCs.

Here he is!

Oh yeah, he's a great-looking dog. He's still pretty skinny, and verrrry nervous around people.

looks fine to me, fur is hard to tell though. and BCs range in very short coat to fluffy.

He's adorable! Border Collie/Hound or pointer would be my guess.

Other than the leg he looks like he is in great shape.
Great looking dog, glad he is getting help!

I agree with Krista, I would say either Plott Hound, Coon Hound, or Hygen Hound - surely some kind of hound!

UPDATE!
This boy has gotten so much better, I went to see him yesterday and uh. To say the least, he remembered me. And missed me. And his leg wound is almost all healed up, it's just a scab now, waiting to fall off.

Stupidly, I forgot my camera when I went over to Tiff's house, so I have no "before" and "after" shots. Yet.

Also, he doesn't have a microchip. And he is NOT neutered. Noticed that when he was floppin' around on his back, begging for tummy rubs.

God, he is the sweetest boy. I do believe he's meant to be mine.

Also, my friend Crissie thinks he's got SOME pitbull in him. What do you guys think?
