Default Remember when I was talking about the DUMB people?
Narrows it down, doesn't it?

Remember awhile back when I was talking about the idiots who were driving in rush hour traffic through Atlanta...in the Summer, and they had two adult Labs in one crate and kittens in another...strapped onto the back of their Jeep SWELTERING?

I found the picture I snapped....

The bottom crate has dogs...the top crate has cats and kittens. There weren't any human passengers inside in the back seat. It was a nasty 102 degrees outside when this was taken, and we were only moving around 20 MPH. I had flagged down a cop driving next to me to point out the people and their pets, and he just kept going :\

The kittens and cats were climbing all over the crate. I felt AWFUL for them. I can only imagine how hot/nasty it was being close to the exhaust pipe for the two adult dogs, too, and they had out-of-state plates!

Not just the heat, nice of the owners to strap their crates right on the back where the exhaust fumes get sucked up by the airflow around the vehicle.

I have a Grand Cherokee, and unless those jackasses had the back full of clothes and suitcases there is no reason the seats couldn't have been folded down. The top crate could have been pushed up against the back of the front seats, the other one folded up, and the space between the back of the crate and the tailgate used as the second "crate."

Maybe they will do the world a favor and not have children.

Yup - that was the other thing I mentioned.

There wasn't ANYTHING in the back seat of the vehicle when I came up beside it. Of course, they were looking STRAIGHT AHEAD and not making eye contact with anyone. If anything, they could have put the cats/kittens in a carrier and just made a barricade or something for the dogs.

It made me sick.

Yeah that's what I was thinking.... I didn't know you could have a vehicle without tons of dog hair all over it. I don't think mine would run without the dog hair all over it.

Poor animals, I can't believe the stupidity of some people, or the lack of care for their animals.

It is not dog hair, it is a fabric accent. And I paid good money for it let me tell you...

BTW MN, we need some Cooper pics.

When people question the Grimm-parasitic-twins in my backseat, I tell them, "Honda has a new upholstery option: mohair."

Yay! I thought I was the only person who had so much dog hair in the back of my car that I pretended it was an optional fabric. I feel better.
