I got this one (free on trash day!) - and it is holding up fins so far. It is double lined/layered, sort of, so it should crack like the flimsy blue common design pool we used to have... Just broke it out for the first time this season and Ruby dug around in it... she doesn't try to chew on it tho... but I'd say this might be a good durable pool. It's actually called a sandbox, tho... Amazon.com: Ladybug Sandbox

Default Doggy Pools
Can anyone recommend a website or store that sells inexpensive doggy pools that are strong enough for Pits?

I just bought one of the 8ft wide pop-up pools from Wal-Mart for $25. The bottom is fairly thick vinyl, and even after daily use, my girl has yet to put a hole in it. It's nice because it's deep so I can put a good amount of water in there so she's not just getting half wet.

I get those plastic kiddy pools, the large size. The largest one is $30 now, but when I bought mine a couple years ago it was only $24 I can't believe it has survived for so long. It does have a small hole in the side, but that is human error and not due to the dogs chewing.

I'm thinking of getting one of the smaller ones for Hoss' dog kennel this summer, so he has the option to lounge in the water if he wants to, as well as a large supply to drink.
