Default What type of bully is Lucy?
Hi, everyone.

This is Bransens' friend Lucy.
She is seven years old and full of love, she belongs to my best friends Aunt. Bransen has known her since he was a pup, and now we live right down the street from her!

(She is also beside B-dog in my avatar)

Anyways, everytime we take Lucy out with us (her owners don't walk her much sigh) we always end up debating what kind of dog she is.
I have seen her dad before, he belongs to (my best friend) Sam's cousin.
He is full APBT, you can tell just by looking at him.

Lucy on the other hand, looks like she is mixed with either Amstaff or possibly Staffordshire Bull Terrier, but I don't know.

I am not too keen on this, so any guesses are welcome!

Without papers, call her a "pit bull," and leave it at that.

Yep, does the Sire have papers? If not, there is no way to say 100% that he is an APBT, and if she doesn't have papers and didn't come from a reputable breeder, no way to see 100% for sure what she is.

They are both adorable!!! I love brindles so much!!

She's definitely got "pit bull" in her, but knowing exactly what, will probably be impossible. She's a cutie though!!

Thanks, guys.
Her sire has papers, though I haven't seen them.
The mother I haven't seen or met.

Guess she's just a Bully.

There's no way to tell for sure unless you can get info on the mother somehow. She's gorgeous though! She has that same heart shaped nose my pit has.

Without papers, there is no way to really know. Even the DNA test are unrelible since they only have AKC breeds and not UKC. But if looks like a pitbull, then usuallyit is going to be classified as a pitbull. She is a super cutie and what a wonder neighbor you are for walking her.

Saw the papers of Lucys' parents today.
The sire is Amstaff and the dam is APBT.
