I recently broke up with a very controling and possesive man. In retaliation he wont let me have my Chihuahua Romeo. It is breaking my heart. The day I moved out, which was yesterday, Romeo was following me everywhere and was throwing up. My mom called the cops to make sure nothing would happen because the guy was getting out of control. I have so many emotions right now but I really just want my dog. I was able to take my APBT Viho but that was it. The only way I can get my dog is if I take the guy to small claims court. And I dont think I have a chance at getting my baby boy. The reciept of purchase is in his name but the vet records are in mine. What can I do!?
