So..this might be kind of long since I haven't ever posted any updates on Cesar, for those of you who remember anyway lol. But I'm trying to be an active member on this forum, so here it goes!

A few weeks after I got Cesar, the owner wanted him back! That's been almost 10 months ago, and I still miss him dearly. I guess it was for the better though, because shortly after that I got a full-time job, and was rarely home. I still miss him and wish he was mine though.

Anyway, for the depressing part. Hopefully this doesn't get confusing. One of Cesar's siblings went with the owner's sister. She took terrible care of that dog! Did not feed it, and neglected it. I don't think there was any physical abuse, but still! And you want to know WHY they did this? Because they did not like the dog...and the reason for that? BECAUSE she wasn't big enough! What bullsh*t. The dog's name Is Rosie, and she was so sweet and loveable..who cares if she's small? She was the runt of the litter. The owner (the girls brother) took Rosie back.
A few months down the road, the owner's other sister gives their sister another dog (from the same litter) named Bella. And guess what? she's perfectly happy with Bella because she's bigger. Here comes the kicker!! She now wants to breed Bella. My dad's girlfriend (the mother to the owner of Cesar) told me this a few days ago. I could not believe what I heard! Whatever I say goes in one ear and out the other. Mostly because I'm only 19 (almost 20 just adding that in there haha) and mostly because they know everything. So there's not much I can do about, and I don't really talk to these people much anyway. It just gets me so aggravated! And you know she's only doing it for the money GRR!

Here's another story...definitely not as bad, but I swear I'm surrounded by idiots! My cousin and her boyfriend have an APBT. Best dog ever I swear. I'm so jealous he's not mine! He's very friendly, loveable, and awesome around his kids, which are 4 and 8. There's just one problem...They let this dog outside, without a chain or whatever. When they walk him, he's got a leash. But just going outside to do his business and stuff, they let him run free. He seems to do fine, and won't usually run out of the yard unless there's a bunny or squirrel, go figure huh? But it still worries me, obviously! So far he's shown no signs of DA, but as we all know that can change in a flash! I've tried telling them about this and had them try reading this site a few times, but they clearly don't care. My cousin actually bitches about how Xavier (the dog lol) will sometimes run around out of his boundaries. Well HELLO! Duh! I ask her why they don't do anything about it, and it's because he doesn't like being chained up.
The neighbors love Xavier so I guess that's a plus? Except one day I couldn't believe what came out of my cousins mouth. She told me one day the neighbor was bitching about all of the poop in her yard. Xavier literally pooped all the way around her circle clothes line so she couldn't get to her clothes. Anyway, my cousin told me she half blames the neighbor, because she always calls Xavier over there! I told her she was being flat out ridiculous, and its HER and her boyfriend's dog and they are the ones responsible for Xavier. She still half blames the neighbor though. I really am sick of dealing with idiots, even if they are my family!

I think that's it...I'm sorry its long, hopefully it gets read lol. Oh, and here are some pictures of Xavier! I LoVE this dog!

I know how you feel about no one listening to you, I'm 24 BUT the baby as well so yea not many people give any thought to what I say to them, it does not help that I look 16. I hate dealing with idiots too, I hope they don't breed that dog and I hope your cousin gets a clue before the Xavier or another dog gets hurt

What gets me most is how that lady wants to breed her dog. My dad's girlfriend told her to at least wait a couple of more years. Here's an idea, how about you wait..forever! If I had it my way, I'd never let them own animals period. I swear, every time I talk to these people, they have different dogs. For a while, I literally could not keep up with all the different dogs this one girl owned. Unfortunately I can't have it my way.

Unfortuantely their is no laws against stupid people owning and breeding dogs. The only way to stop this stuff from going on is to get a dog from a reputable breeder but we know everyone isnt going to do that.
