I've got a pup around 8 months that has been an indoor kennel dog. He's getting a bit stinky and to naughty for my girl's liking and she asked me to eventually get him to stay outside most of the day. I'm in SoCal so the weather is as good as we can hope for.

My only problem is that he bitches and whines all day. I have a few neighbors really close by and I'm thinking they're getting annoyed if he keeps it up. How can I get him used to spending his days outside without the constant crying?
