I have to stick my nose in here. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We used to have two VERY cool gold fish. One a black moor and the other one of those bubble eye ones. They were so cool and interactive. I really liked the gold fish over the tetras as they were too scared for my liking but the gold fish, man, they were a trip. When we just had the black moor left, he got swim bladder and gaud... I spent a couple hundred bucks trying to make him better, but he didn't make it. ![]() I keep buggin' Daemon to get more fish for the tank, but I think he'd like to try his hand at something new when this girl passes on. ---------- Post added at 08:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:42 PM ---------- They tend to be skittish, but also can be aggressive in fish tanks and pick on other fish. ---------- Post added at 08:46 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:44 PM ---------- what kinda set up u got zoe? ![]() |

I've had my share of heartbreak with the ultra fancy goldfish, they are so badly and over bred it is truly sad. I lost my special guy recently because he finally gave up trying to control his crazy ass body.
I do have some fancies, but they are fantails, a fantail/pearlscale and a Ryukin/Fantail mutt. Other than that I have a few black/brown/gold koiXshubunkin fish form last year, two full shubunkins, a few LF sarasa comets, and some pet store comets from the feeder tank. |
