Bully used to be a term to describe any one of the "bully" breeds, such as AmStaffs, Boxers, or Staffy Bulls. Lately, it is more commonly used when talking about the so called "American Bully" which is a new breed of sorts made by mixing AmStaffs and/or APBT's with Boxers, Mastiffs, Bulldogs, etc. Unfortunately, some still insist on calling these new hybrids "Pit Bulls".
