My parent's 17 year old dachshund, Bobbi Jo, was mauled by a pack of stray dogs who got into our fenced property today. She was torn up pretty badly.
She was in surgery for more than three hours. She was waking up from the anethesia when the tech called me at around 6:30 tonight. If she survives the night, her chances of recovering completely will be higher. Bobbi is a tough old broad. She's been a member of our family for almost ten years. I don't want her to die. Please, just pray for her, send good vibes, think good thoughts...... Sent from my LG-VS700 using Tapatalk 2 |

She seems more comfortable this afternoon. She looks like Frankenstein, but so long as we can keep infection out, she should be on her way to better.
Athiest, I'm assuming they either went over, under, or through. I don't knmow if my parents have walked the fenceline yet (I hope they have kept the other dogs leashed when out if they haven't...) but I will be checking the fence all around the property when I get home.
