In past forums some member complained that the intelligent creation was not so intelligent because the sex organ was not in an convenient place . Well apparently the intelligent creator tried to place the penis in different place for other specie .

Phallostethus cuulong is the newest member of the Phallostethidae family—small fish found in Southeast Asian waters that are distinguished primarily by the positioning of the male sexual organ. Male phallostethids have a copulatory organ, termed the priapium, under the throat for holding or clasping onto females and fertilising their eggs internally, according to conservationists. "We have scientifically identified a new penis-head fish in Vietnam," researcher Tran Dac Dinh from Can Tho University told AFP. The fish was known to Vietnamese people in the Mekong Delta but had not been described scientifically before a team identified the species last year, he said.

How is this proof of a creator?

I know it's your mission in life to be outraged Mr Bus, but in this case I think pa37 was just presenting an interesting bit of science news with a little bit of harmless provocation thrown in for good measure.

Mmmm, not sure I'd agree with harmless, but I take the point it is interesting. I'd argue that this is more proof of evolution, the fact that at least one species has headed towards a better genital placement.
