You can view flash sites on the ipad, it's just not free.

I use a free solar system app so I can demonstrate sciencey type stuff to kids. There's a few in the AppStore that are free. Although this one is pretty speccy, it's almost worth the $.

Looks good, easy to learn and informative. I like the choice of colouring for Venus, at least they didn't use the false-coloured Magellan image.
