cant find definition of FULL SUPERVISION

Can some one be under your full supervision if your not there or can not see them?

Consider calling it "maximal supervision" then.

If they've got security cameras with screens in the guardhouse, and the place is in full lockdown, then sure.

The term is fairly broad. I think it needs clarifying for each company/situation (or as someone suggested, use another word but it would still have to be explained in your policy/procedures manual).

I suppose as long as you have in brackets what you want “full supervision” to be.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be ‘close and constant overseeing’ - but, if you want it to be that, make it clear. It could be something like ‘overall task direction with assistance readily available’ or sumfin.

It doesn’t matter what you call it, just explain it.

Well I had to guess what the context might be, cos of the lack of info in the OP. I was tossing up whether it was that or childcare.

In some industries, depending on the level of training being undertaken, full supervision means there is somone with the person at all times. In other instances it means there is someone there to oversee all the work the person is doing, but isn't necessarily with the person doing the work at all times.
