i'm no expert, but given the thousands of different criteria that influence the conditions of a planet, there is no way I imagine they can even begin to tell that this planet is hospitible.

intersting theory

i believe that with our current rocket technology it would take us 1000s of years to get there should we wish to explore

so unless Bill Gates starts fuinding rocket techology research we will have to wait until they visit us, unless of course they are not already here in which case

i for one welcome our new lords and masters and welcome the opportunity to work under their generous regime
