My First Poisinous Spider In Britain
 

I've come across a few in Australia but the first one I've seen here. I was clearing out my shed ready for our move and a false widow ran across the floor. Not as bad as the black widow or the redback but they can give you a nasty sting. I stepped on it.

I know what you've got and I had to remove one from the shower on my honeymoon coz the missus was freaking out. I felt sorry fore the poor thing and ignored the missus pleas to squash it...besides, it would make too much mess. Anyway, the're harmless.
