Storm Chasers

Does anyone out there watch this show?

Last night's episode kicked ass!!!

I am so looking forward to finding out what information they all found out...

Saving lives through Extreme Meteorology. Gotta love it!

I haven't watched in ages. No cable for a while and the tv's been out a week to boot.

I watched it in Oxford a lot. I remember they had one episode where they were in Oxford.... it was really cool to see familiar places on the tv.

Last night yielded quite a lot of information.

We've watched the shows since they started... I've always wanted to chase. I think it would be cool as shit...

Havent watched that one but I saw a one off program about a British bloke who goes around chasing storms abroad. Guy came across as a bit of a cunt to be honest, shouting and whooping about how awesome it was when behind him people were getting their houses destroyed by the storm.

Can you imagine the adrenaline rush? http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...es/biggrin.gif

Haven't watched the show, but it sounds very cool.

It would indeed. If you can catch last night's episode: EF-3 Strikes You're Out (Discovery) you should.

It truly kicked ass.

I've watched it a few times. I'm terrified of tornadoes. I had a childhood friend nearly killed by one. But I appreciate that they do it.

It is my goal in life to take a picture of a tornado. Knowing my luck, if I ever do see one, I won't have my camera with me. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/frown.gif

That would make me paranoid too http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...lies/frown.gif

That's what I'm so into. They're trying to collect data that will end up saving lives. The town they were in the other night didn't even have their sirens going off. Most times it's up to the chasers to tell a town there's a tornado on the ground. Lots of great data was collected this season. I hope they give an update on what they've learned. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...s/thumbsup.gif
