Try & keep this a question and answer page boys. The WAFLonline site managers have requested this in the past. This section/format has been set up for Q & A specifically. Its a great initiative by the WAFLonline managers & to keep it we should try to refrain from moving off the subject or the concept in general.
We now wait for a response to DD's question. |

The AAMI Sponsorship is a naming rights sponsorship agreement for the WAFL Competition the agreement is currently in its second term with the WAFC.
Due to confidentially clauses in the contract we are unable to specify publicly exactly how much the agreement is for. Both parties have a strong partnership and are continually looking at ways to strengthen there association. |

Well i'm pretty sure the figure was mentioned at the time of announcement. Why would that be confidential? Don't us stake holders have a right to know these things? And my question was not how much it is but how much and what is it being spent on? Is it evenly distributed to the 9 WAFL clubs or is it at the WAFC's discretion? I would hate to find out one club has been given a handout that others have not.
And what about improving amenities at WAFL grounds? Toilets, shelter, putting water on the banks for spectators to sit on??? Lathlain Park is a disgrace these days, just a few years ago it was picture perfect. It seems the Perth FC or the Town of Victoria Park are being negligent and letting down the WAFL competition. |
